15. Search Credits and Consumable Purchases

Find Wear may separately offer consumable search credits, scan packages, or other one-time digital purchases.

For example, a user may purchase additional searches without subscribing to Premium.

The quantity and conditions associated with a search package will be displayed before purchase.

18. Cancellation

You may cancel an App Store subscription using the subscription-management options provided by Apple.

Cancellation normally stops future renewals and does not necessarily end access immediately.

Unless otherwise required by law, access may continue until the end of the period for which you have already paid.

Deleting the Find Wear application from your device does not necessarily cancel an active App Store subscription.

Users should manage subscription cancellation through their Apple account.

Purchases processed through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's applicable billing and refund procedures and to rights available under applicable consumer law.

Find Wear cannot guarantee that a refund request submitted to Apple will be approved.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Apple App Store

If you obtain Find Wear through Apple's App Store, your use of the application is also subject to applicable Apple terms and usage rules.

Apple is not responsible for operating or providing Find Wear itself.

To the extent applicable, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement may also govern your license to use the application unless another valid application license agreement applies.

If a mandatory Apple requirement conflicts with these Terms, the applicable Apple requirement will control to the extent required.

21. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.
